Dance classes teach the elementary school student the skills of discipline, self confidence, independence, respect and body awareness.  In these classes, students learn the values of teamwork and friendship.

Hip Hop

During the 4th thru 6th grade years, dancers begin to delve deeper into individual styles of dance.  Ballet provides the foundation of all other styles and gives the dancer grace, strength and elegance.  Jazz is set to popular music and focuses on strength and rhythm.  Tap allows the dancer to develop musicality.  At this age, the strength, control and coordination of the student, allows for Hip Hop to be explored with abandon.

Dance provides the pre-teen an outlet to feel confident, in control, a sense of belonging and gives the student a set of peers with common interests.  Dance requires multi-tasking and focus which helps children at school.

4th-6th grade classes perform at two annual May recital shows.  Dancers also have the opportunity to audition for the December Nutcracker production.

Tuition is based on our tuition chart.   There is a $75 recital costume fee due by Dec. 10, 2019.  Tuition must be paid via Auto Pay on the 10th of each month.  If you would like to bundle your tuition and costume fees into 9 equal monthly payments May-September, please contact the front desk.
